    fafi rey, heavy jud nag inalsahan si kuya dick, as in. we have 120 pound dumbbells in the gym pero iya ra nang yanohon og press. pili lang onsa nga movement. nya kung mag single arm row na cya, nana siyay custom made na dumbbell didto like 180 pounds. yanohon lang sad na niyag bira2. kung mag squat sad kay iya sad hotdon tanang plates na dagko didto mga 8 pcs nya pun-an pa jud na niya hangtod mag bawg2 na ang bar. same with deadlifts, di ba kuya dick?
