Of course, those who claim that “no Teachers can free you, only you yourself,” are repeating one of many such formulas form the Eastern Teachings and the books of Living Ethics. Precisely, everything must be done “by human hands and human feet.” No one can force our consciousness to accept a truth for which we are not yet ready, only our inner striving can create the essential transmutation. The whole Eastern wisdom asserts that only by personal efforts and constant labor over self is the knowledge and possession of the truth achieved. However, that very same wisdom states that “The Teacher may be called a beacon of responsibility. The bonds of the Teaching are like a saving rope in the mountains.” The one who has accepted the leadership of the Teacher hastens his path. And by easing and accelerating his own path, at the same time he eases the path of his near one. I shall quote my favorite paragraph (84) from the book, Agni Yoga: “I recall a Hindu boy who found the Teacher. We asked him, ‘Is it possible that the sun would grow dark to you if you would not see it without the Teacher?’ The boy smiled. ‘The sun would remain as the sun, but with the presence of the Teacher twelve suns would shine to me; India’s sun of wisdom shall shine, because on the shore of a river there sits a boy who knows the Teacher.” And we may add: “If a barbarian should make an attempt against the Teacher, tell him how humanity labels the destroyers of libraries.”
And again it is said, “With whom may one fortify one’s thoughts? Only with the Guru. He is as a rock, near which it is possible to be sheltered from the storm. Reverence for the Guru is the path to the Higher World. But chaos cannot tolerate construction. One should direct attention to the basis of thought in order not to be exposed to the whirlwind.”
Our poor humanity, with its one-sided preoccupation with materialism needs more than ever before the realization of the Higher World and the leading concept of the Guru-Hierarch. Humanity’s disease is chaotic thinking and lack of self-discipline. The slaves of yesterday revolt primarily against the leading concept, against discipline, and against cooperation. Only a king of the spirit realizes the significance of Hierarchy, for, in order to rule, one must first learn to obey. The principle of the leading concept must be affirmed in the consciousness of humanity if it wishes to progress. But, of course, all fanaticism is frightful, since it is the offspring of ignorance and ends in zealotry. It is actually the antipode of true devotion and reverence.
Every Hindu knows what devotion to the Guru means. And we know that all the majestic concepts and the whole beauty of Eastern thought evolved precisely from the sequence and succession in the infinite Hierarchic Chain, which consists of links formed by the limitless devotion of a disciple to his Guru. Thus, the East looks upon the Teacher who rejects the Hierarchic principle as upon a dry, rootless tree. To deprive the spirit of reverence for the great concept of the Teacher is equivalent to spiritual suicide. The Great Teachers provide our nurture; without it, not only would we die but so would the whole planet.

This is an edited version of this blog since people misunderstood my first post.

I am not saying that Mr. JL is responsible for the prosperity of us Cebuanos. But in their own way, they might have helped. Again, I'm not saying that Mr. JL is the one responsible so that there's no misinterpretation.

But I asked myself this question most of the time, if Mr. JL said that 7 or 8 years ago at a time when Cebu is not yet prosperous and it did happened, what is that? Is that a prophecy or what?

Again, I'm not saying Mr. JL is the one responsible. It's the work of us Cebuanos and political and business leaders.

As I'm watching this thread, I can see that the group of JL has left this blog for good. I'm just watching. I investigated and made researches. A group attacking JL's group from Cebu a long, long time ago have been here. And they have not helped the Cebuanos improved their lives.

I heard 7 years ago, Mr. JL went here in Cebu and said to brother masons who were the first members of RC OHGRC that a lodge must be formed in Cebu. He assured them that Cebu will be prosperous economically and spiritually. And Cebu will be in the map of the world. Sorry for the attackers it did happen and it's happening! The economy of Cebu even defeated the largest cities in Metro Manila. As we can see a thousand of tourists both Westerners and even Koreans lived in Cebu with their wealth. How much more can we ask from JL and his group?

And there is also a mass exodus from other Esoteric Schools and Masonry are now becoming members of the Orders of JL and even their highest members are now members too. If you go to the lodges of CDO, Cebu, and mostly Manila, the old members cannot find a seat because new members are from Masonry and other esoteric schools. Wow! What's happening?

I heard also that the respected Chevalier Monks of Christ and Buddhist monkhood, Bhoddisatva Matreiya Wisdom monks have now aligned and joined the group of Mr. JL. And many more groups are joining. And some Kriya yogis of Parahamansa Yogananda have joined Mr. JL's Orders.

And you know a miracle happened in Metro Manila just recently. During the night of a very strong typhoon, Mr. JL instructed his group to radiate from 8:00 p.m. to 8:07 p.m. At exactly 8:08pm, 99.99% the rain stopped and the flooding subsided. WOW! How did they do that? WOW! Weather control. This is shock! Even some brother Masons in Metro Manila were shocked. What say you critics? Can you do this? Just read your books. Again, I'm not siding.

Watch out! Watch out! Maybe, Maybe, Maybe, the attackers of Mr. JL are in the side of Dark Ones trying to destroy the Light the group of JL is propagating.

Maybe I will also join JL's group. Maybe only because I'm already a member of a Hermetic Western Tradition School. I don't want to begin again from the first lesson. But if Mr. JL and his representatives approved that I get advanced lessons, I'll be willing to be their member.

And as I've been watching this blog, this group of attackers are quarreling among themselves and revealing themselves. They said they are a bunch of meditators and occultists but a group of book readers and proven uninitiated.

I'm not on any side of the group. It seems that True Light of authenticated esoteric Orders and Eastern tradition are here already and brought to us by the persecuted and maligned little brother, Mr. JL.

I'm just watching as the history unfolds. Watching. Watching.

From reliable sources I heard that Mr. JL went to Toullous, France and Bonn, Germany. And received rare manuscripts and was initiated to Old Templarism, Martinism, and very ancient form of Rosicrucianism. I heard also that from America, very old initiates of Max Heindel and Spencer Lewis of the Illumined Section transmitted to Mr. JL the teachings of advanced Alchemy and very old Rosicrucian tradition. when Mr. JL went in California in 90's. My sources are from my brothers in my very own Hermetic Order. And I'm not sure of this but still verifying this that Mr. JL is a member of the circle of group of the 144 living members in the whole world of the powerful esoteric circle of adepts known as OSB. If this is true, WOW! At least he is a Filipino.

Again, I'm not siding. I'm not a member of any camp. I'm just watching, an Observer.
