what cool thread this is..
I was wondering if there are people interested about surfing waves here in cebu..well i finally find one. Possible tropical storm brewing east of Surigao and Samar, forecast to track north towards Japan. But this will mean good waves for Siargao and Samar in the next few days. Get your boards ready!
