Nag work pa man sad ko karon sa usa ka dako na company but I always manage my time to do my business. After 5 pm until 12 midnight akong mindset ana kay business. As of now 5 hours ra ako katolog. dapat kanang employees nimo, tratohon nimu murag anak.. tudluan nimu sa sakto nga pamaagi..

ayaw kalimot sa human capital.. you have to invest on people.. make sure that if they make money, you make money..everybody is happy..

importante kaau mo invest sa training sa mga tao.. and dont forget importante jud mag train tao para naa movement imu organization.. train your secretary to be manager, while she trains somebody to be secretary..


ang negosyo lami og saun sa libro.. in theory, doesnt sound very hard.. sa practicallay.. i assure you, wa pa jud libro nka describe unsa jud magoperate businesses.. ayaw kahadlok sa failure.. its a requisite so that you may grow.. if wala ka kasaud unsa ang failure, or kanusa.. chances are. you are a failure and you dont know it..

ang negosyo dili ra kwarta tanan.. you have to know the technical aspects pud..
ayaw kalimot na its about products and how they are sold.. the most important skill is selling..

those guys may have new, unique, first, kind of business or what, but actually they are just selling the same stuff by just using different marketing schemes.. i have yet to read a unique business recomendation from this thread.. most people here are just reinventing the wheel.. ila mga baligya parehas ra.. wala pa nagpropose dire og new product.. most kay nagpropose moinvest sa ila company nga gisudlan whatever that is.. it goes to show that there are people who first think of themselves... and close their minds to other suggestions believing they are the right one, and their company is the perfect on.. bato bato sa langit. maigo bukol.. kung taga UN, crater na..

kung mag negosyo ka og unique. mo advise ko adto ka sa services.. kay sa services, mabaligya nimu imu talent.. example, restaurant. mag invent ka lami nga recipe sa common dishes.. that is your unique product..
