I'm glad to see a bunch of people helping to educate others.
Mind if I share some insights? I'm the type who's skeptic but not pessimistic on this kind ofÂ* business. Whenever I have the urge to partner with any MLM business I look for these factors:
- A proven track record -Â* how many years is it established? 10,15,20 years or more? Is it accredited by notable institutions/organizations locally and worldwide?
- Stability - how much is its initial capital? Is it debt-free?
- Globally Competitive - how many branches all over the world? If i want to make it big, I need to have a broader market...and right now, the world is getting smaller and smaller each time.
- Transparent - are their financial reports ready for public scrutiny? Do they trade stocks? Real big companies are players in the stock market.
- Seamless Compensation Plan - how many levels are you compensated? How much percent?
- Educational System - do they provide trainings (products, skills, leadership, motivational, etc.) and support? The true beauty of a MLM company is they have leaders who helped their business partners/downlines achieve their dreams and success and train them to become leaders to help others also. It is by then, you will surpass your thirst of their compensation plan. Sadly, this is poorly implemented by some.
- World class innovative products - if I put my name on the line, then the products I'm selling should have an edge in the market... remember, you cannot sell garbage - twice.
What do you think are the other factors that you considered important in a MLM company?
Lastly, it boils down to this...on our way to the road of success, are we riding the right vehicle? Are we the right driver? The choices are within us.
Good luck to all of us...
