i think kainos now has four clinics, one in metrobank, another in mactan, another in it park and another in mandaue..

however, if your plan is "direct access", then pwede ra ka diretso sa kinsang doctor or hospital nga imong duolon..

i know this because i worked from this company before..

ang plan sa akong friend is one principal and three dependents and we paid around 26K a year. mao raman na gibutang sa akong plan nga adto sa gyud sa clinic and sila na mo recommend kung ipa hospital ba gyud. and then if naa ka sa clinic gamay ra kuno i cover sa laboratory test.

then probably "clinic-based" imohang plan. try to know more about your plan and fully utilize it.. kainos has 24 hours customer service so you can call them anytime and ask anything about your plan..

kay sa ako experience nakabayad ko sa doctor og 4K as professional fee and the rest
wala na na confine ako daughter sa cebu doc for 3 days, private room ako gikuha maka
libre unta ko sa doctor if nagtarong sad ko basa sa manual kay dili tanan doctors nga
affiliated sa kainos ang pwede sa imo dependents

what do you mean "dili tanan doctors nga affiliated sa kainos ang pwede sa imo dependents"? affiliated na gud unya excluded diay? thanks a lot.

as i understand it, u cannot go directly to a doctor using this card bcoz they hav their own clinic doctors for that so if dili makaya diha paka e refer...kapoy if u ask me.... and i dont like their front desk 'nurses' not so welcoming

mao sad ni mga comments akong na receive. one friend told me that dugay gyud daw ka i refer sa hospital para tingali maka save ang company. In my research this is the only HMO I come across with that has its own clinic.

Me and my family is planning to get a health care insurance. The most valur for money program that I have come across to is Kainos. Any experience with the groups either good or bad? Your help would help me a lot in my decision on what health insurance company to take. Thanks a lot.

kainos ang gamit sa amung company karon.. ok rmn xa... wala jd kaau ko kbw sa details wa mn sd koi paki ani amung health ins.. magamit ra kng mu absent.. wahahahh!
