They actually had a limited invitation launch in Manila on the October 22 that coincided with the worldwide launch.
Don't know about Cebu though.

there will be a business launch this November 7 sa manila, maybe mao na siya ang "by invitation"m hopefully naa pud tana diri sa atoa... morelikely waterfront napud ang venue.... anyways

i already have 100+ points and most of those points naa ra sa microsoft website ang mga link niya... better check all pages in microsoft website....

for pinoyexchange you have to go into the forum
click on one of the topics like "Electronic Gaming"
scroll down till you see a square advertising banner
if it's not the Windows 7 banner keep refreshing

clickthecity is a lot harder to find... saw it once or
twice with the Windows 7 banner on top of a page
