to register a group at the Security and Exchange Commission(SEC), at least 5 persons ra. to act as an incorporators

roughly P600 ra ang bayronon sa SEC. to register an Association.

So, Wala jud problema ang pagtukud ug Association.

I was just wondering about the ordinance does it say that the required internet cafe association must be accredited first with the city council or anybody can just start up an organization then present proof of membership? Curious lang? :mrgreen:

Yes the group should be accredited by the city council, The new group should establish first the "mission and vision", code of ethics, then submit it to the city council, which icac did we back 6-7 years ago.

i know, gusto na ang city council nga naay laing groupo, para naay kapili-an ang mga cafe owner's for accreditations.

as icac said wala juy problema nga naay laing grupo. mag pasalamat pa gani na sila kon naay laing association. para ma un-load na ilang mga trabaho. VOLUNTEERS baya na ang mga officers diha, busy pud na sila sa ilang tagsa-tagsa ka negusyo.

1.)Â* members should put warning signs regarding porno and cutting classes of students
2.)Â* members should be 100% software license compliance
3.)Â* members should not have a close cubicles.

kon dili mo tuman ang member cafe ani, dili sila taga-an ug accreditation sa icac. since icac paman ang recognized sa city government, so dapat..dili ka kuha ug business pirmit ang cafe nga wala mutuman.

Ang city government walay additional task force or department para pag monitor ani.

mao nga gi delegate nila ang monitoring sa laing sector's, mao ang icac, kon naa pay lain grupo nga maka bantay. mas labing maayo.

yes pa accredit ka I guess pero may mga under the table na. Dapat malakas ka sa city hall kay they will just ignore you if you are nobody. ICAC gave a lot of cash to someone in the city hall para lang ma accredit ang ilang ilad nga association. Thats 100% true!

I'm sure dili na volunter ang mga officers sa ICAC. To give you an example, why work if you get nothing, right? There's something they hide somewhere Im sure.

Question: if you have completed all those requirements, why the Icafe should be accredited with ICAC. Dapat ang ICAC optional lang, dili city ordinance. You are a private institution, right? Ngano nga ICAC is violating the rights of the future Icafe owners and the present Icafe owners? Nya mag demand pa ni sila about sa ilang regulasyon. Ilad Cafe Association of Cebu!

Pangaway ba ang ibulgar ang corruption? Ehem, so pangaway ra diay japon ang "imbestigador" show? It is just my simple way to react about massive corruption in the Philippines.
