I am an ectomorph --> fast metabolism and a hardgainer for 21 years of my life, i am now 22 years old.. ive started this program for myself 4 months ago after doing a bit of research and attending few health-related trainings and seminars, I then started to realize that I NEED TO WORK ON MY GOAL EVERSINCE....and to do that I NEED to focus on things that i can improve on, good eating habits and proper nutrition, SUPPLEMENTATION for nutrients that i need (you can ask me what nutrients you need and the pefect timing of taking them), and focus on getting a regular exercise or sporting activity... RESULT: FOR 3 MONTHS GAIN, A TOTAL OF 16LBS, and its getting even better now cos its like at this point im now gaining 1lb/week..

2 types of weight gain:
*fatty, chubs
*muscular, toned
GUYS: TO GAIN WEIGHT: THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON IMPROVING:
*Your diet --> this is also use to manage/oppose your metabolism rate, do you have slow/fast/normal metabolism??Proper and good food intake (diet) can help... remember proper food selection, and foods that are cheaper and much more nutritious... ping me if you wanna know more regarding these..
*Supplementation --> even if you already "look" healthy, you may ask you doctor, all of ask still needs to supplement some nutrients that we might lack or not meeting the RDI, if you think you cant get all the Recommended Daily Nutrients Intake, supplement it...from carbs to protein to vits&minerals, you can all supplement it.. just choose wisely, you can ping me for more advise...
*Regular exercise or sporting activity --> jogging is the most easy and basic without taking a penny out of your pocket, you can do badminton for as low as 100php, swimming for as low as 30php, OR BETTER YET, DO SOME HOUSEHOLD CHORES that can sweat you out... IF YOU WANT TO GAIN WITH MUSCLE, DOING WEIGHTS EVEN AT HOME CAN CONTRIBUTE TO GOOD BODY TONE... wether you're goal is gaining/losing weight, proper sweating and blood circulation will help... there's is more into "weight management" that you might wanna know... even if you sweat a lot it doesnt mean you're into losing weight, you're only losing water (H2O) carrying out waste stuff in your blood, not your body mass.. i cant go into every detail here. . you can ping me, i like to share my experience...
disclaimer: i am not pretending to be a nutritionist or any kind of doctor, i am just sharing stuff i knew from the trainings i had, and from my own personal researches.. ^_^
