so what? if we're not proficient enough in English?? it's not even our own language..look at Japan, only a few can speak fluent English, but they are doing well...as a nation..

to SWS, i suggest they interview people somewhere in IT park (where major call centers in cebu are holding office)...sureness jud na 100% na ang resultness!!!!

@klavel: i certain agree with us opinions.. i belief that us nations in this country philippines should unity as a wholeness, and that we should not rely solely under the effective communicate skill that us person like to having, like english language for instances..

i, myself, is learned enough english in my entirety.. as in from birth until death este until now, i speak the sentences all my lifeness.. and it's obvious frm the way i see it..

so, people of philippine isla, do us better as we could to improvise our city..

impossible!!! maybe the grammar of filipinos they are referring to that survey but speaking its impossible!! media has change a lot in this country!! shows with english language are abundant in our t.v schedules!! so, impossible that we can't speak it!! bec. we hear and read it everyday,every hour,every min. even seconds!!

Whom in the worlds that they interviews? I am seriously very sure thats they'd survery the peoples in that squatters areas only not the riches peoples areas. Doesnt anybodies understood me? Hehe
