Bros, we are having trouble with this mouse Logitech MX1000 laser mouse... It just stopped working and we CANNOT figure out whats going on with it... We dont have any idea what was broken... transceiver or the mouse itself

the transceiver can be recognized by the computer. Who know's if the mouse is transmitting or not?

the mouse is fully charged and we can see a full lighted bar on it.


Is there a Store/Anyone/Somewhere where we can have it checked and fixed

thanks for the replies... well anyway this mouse was bought a year ago....

yup WE tried the reset button on both transceiver and mouse... still won't go.
