Do we really have to endure their tandem in the election next year? I hope not. I really hope the petition filed before the Supreme Court questioning the qualification of the former president to run again will prosper. In as much as he is prohibited from running again, his pardon carried with it a condition that he should not be running from public office again.
Hard-headed as he is, the public is waiting for yet another circus to be unveiled this upcoming election. I hope we will not be persuaded by the old tricks. After all, we have learned the lesson the hard way.
