well it's a road safety advisory. it would be safer if motorists will dim their lights specially in the well lit city roads..heheh
weeee lingawa sad ani uy.. naa man point ug ugaling si tomas man jud ang napabutang ato..
sakto man sad nga pagngon ang suga kay hayag na gud daan nya imo kasugat masuwawan.... pero obvious jud nga tira binta si tomas.. weeee... gahia..
hahahaha bugoya tommy boy oi
daghan.... to state 2 examples:
- denied healthcare for people from Cebu province sa CCMC
- closed roads and facilities within the city because it's provincial property...
For me, its just plain childish... daghan kaayog problems ang Cebu and instead of them finding solutions.. they are the ones adding more problems.
If only they would help each other .. mas mu progress pa unta ang Cebu.

What a strange view of Politics.... hehe. Sa ka walay ayo sa atong local government.. na reduce nalang to the mayor being the check and balance sa governor and vice versa.... lol... if that's the kind of government you want... be mu guest.. lol
Di ko mu settle for both of these jokers.... Cebu deserves better!

It's cool not to have street lights in the province. Lesser light pollution.

So whether or not its true that the Provincial government failed to bring lights into the countryside, people don't know that that's actually a good thing.

In other places, the mayor would be getting backlash from the city by senselessly spending for road signs which are obviously there to provoke a reaction from the province.
Binata man ni nga politics.. Tomas should be mature enough oi..... and I don't like Gwen either... pareha ra na' sila.
