Yes.. The best way is to divert your negative thoughts into something u find so interesting or go out with friends or else attend a religious seminar or if u can join and the best thing is to talk to someone who also experienced PA or currently who has a PA. Don't be afraid and don't think that you're alone and that there's no hope at all.....We're so many...

    Default exercise

I was able to manage this disorder through exercise, healthy living and prayers.

Exercise - walking, brisk leisurely walk lang gud, pasingot 30 mins - 1 hour a day. At first you need a companion eventually pwede na ikaw ra usa -- use your ipod with your favorite music/playlist of your favorite songs, your most comfortable shoes. Then walk, breathe, digest the things you see....

Eat healthy -- lots of leafy green vegetables. Avoid greasy food, fastfood. Fish, a little meat, vegetables. Take supplements - Vitamin C, E, B-Complex. Lots and lots of water. Avoid caffeine, avoid softdrinks ug grabe nga sugar kay stimulant na sila to cause PA

    Prayers - pray, pray heartily.

Diversion, a new project, new friends. Always think positive. Healthy outlook in life. Be positive at all times.

Smile. Be Grateful of what you have.
