Just my own opinion the said image of Santo Nino appeared in front of the statue of Mama Mary looks like the reflection of the chandelier hanging. Look very carefully the chandellier...I could be wrong but aganin just my opinion.

In Psychology, people get healed not because of the place or the statue but because of their strong belief and expectation that they get healed. So, there is nothing special in Simala. The only special place is located inside our brain which is the organ of our MIND!

Just as I suspected, there is indeed some hocus-pocus in the alleged miracles. Imagine, the miraculous statue was bought by the monks from Tayuman, but they made a story that it was given by a mysterious lady who was never seen again. The fooled believers were awed in the change of expression of the virgin, but they have a set of statues with different facial modes and displayed at different times. They published the dates of the alleged crying of the virgin without submitting the same for investigation. They tried to show that the virgin is miraculous by displaying crutches, wheelchairs, nameplates, and thank you letters.

Sick devotees either die or get cured. When they die, they say it's the will of God. When healed, it is because of the virgin. Same with examinees, applicants, etc. All in all, there is an active hand inducing and deceiving to believe in miracles.

God allows everything to happen with a purpose. He willed that the monks quarrel so that doubts on the genuiness of the miracle will be brought to the open and finally the truth shall be ferreted out. I believe God now wants to put an end to all of this grand deception.

Just like in the case of Judiel Nieva, he caused a stir with the host turning into blood in his mouth. Many people believed and get cured. But when he and his handlers quarreled about money, the whole hoax was exposed.

I advice Bro. Paul and concerned fooled believers not only to pursue the present case, but to file a case of LARGE SCALE ESTAFA against the monks in Simala. They deceived the people while laughing and giggling all the way to the bank.
