Best Canon DSLR for Weddings?

Most often than not, kabantay ko na ang mga photographers sa weddings here in Cebu kay gamit ug Nikon. Interesado ko mupalit ug canon pero unsay model sa canon ang ideal for weddings? Ayaw nanang 5D and up; 50D and lower lang. Unsa inyo ika suggest?

actually, for wedding, its not really the camera body to be worried of. you should be asking of what lens suited for such occasion.

and as for my answer, a kitlens(18-55mm) plus a 50mm 1.8 prime should suffice. if you can get a fast mid-ranged zoom lens ranging from 16-80mm with a 2.8 capability, the better. strobe lightning also will give boost on the output although if you have the creativity, an external flash gun or even the pop-up flash should do the job =)


by the, i am not an expert or an experienced photographer. just an enthusiast/hobbyist so my opinion might be wrong.

Salamat sa inyo mga reply. Sa tinuod lang, wala sa ako intenshon na mag flame-bait. Dili ni sha about nikon vs canon. About ni sa canon. Kasabot ko na kinahanglan jud ug technical know-how ang usa ka photographer para makuha gyud niya ang tanan in's-and-out's sa iya camera, which is only a tool.

Bale ang ako gusto mabaw-an is considering ang occasion and the type of shooting, unsa na canon model ang murag "ideal" para weddings. Naa man mga paspas ug hinay ang FPS; nay entry level ug mid level; naa sab maayo sa ngit2x ug di; bisan taas ang 50D nakabasa ko na mas maayo ang ISO capability sa 40D; etc.. Kato unta mga canon users na tig weddings, basin maka tabang mo diri na thread. Basin pwede ninyo ipost unsa inyo unit and unsa inyo mga real-life experiences ngano naka ingon mo na gwapo inyo unit para wedding (again, for canon only).
