Hardisk problem (reports Dynamic disk unreadable)

Hello mga peeps,

I had this problem. I decided to make it a Basic disc and lose all 500Gig of data anyway.

Now, it's no longer detected by the system.

disc no more?

ts said dynamic. this is part of a raid.then made ia basic disc ( JBOD )

solution 1. bios setup. change raid setting to edie|sata

ma detect na? NO >: try it in another board: > NO - RMA ur HDD

I'm on XP.

I think it was really defective na. I had it reformatted but erratic man ang detection.

My dad said it's time to de-commission it. or maybe invoke the warranty.

Tip and note to self: dili magdali2x ug format ug new disk. make sure it's not dynamic in the first place.
