OT: Question: There is a board "Sporting Goods", and an airsoft gun IS a sporting good, as everybody know, but can not be posted because its a toy gun (or a gun with other words)? If this is so, than Bow's and other real dangerous items should also not allowed to be posted, even darts not.
Need to clarify this, because I want to sell a airsoft gun (sporting good)...
Is an airsoft gun allowed to sell or not, regarding the rules?

I believe Airsoft guns are not allowed because of Philippine law. Are there laws against bows and darts?

Airsoft Guns or any replica gun is Prohibited by Law through a Presidential Decree.

softtouch_ph, we will discuss the said issue on our next meeting. however, as stated, it is still illegal to sell / procure such toys... please do understand that even though the government isn't doing anything "drastic" about it, by definition of law it is still illegal... and as citizens, we take it as a responsibility to abide by such laws.

BTW, please PM me the url's of the threads that you guys want me to delete.

... at the rate it is going, there will be a lot of accounts that will be banned this coming weekend. Do note that I will, after the Buy / Sell forums, also do a cleanup of the other forums...
