Is'nt that a term used for car engines?I'm asking because I've never heard of that one being applied to computers.
As for the TS how about going back to stock settings and observe it for a while. If it still occurs, it might be one of the components are failing...I'm betting its either the motherboard or the PSU. On another note I do have the same mobo as yours and I'm only running it on a ST400 PSU, but I've had no such problems although I don't overclock.
