Duke Spa----is not lingam its swedish massage...either ways its more obvious prostitution than having it

Joseph Bullecer, president of the Cebu City Anti-Indecency Board (CAIB), said he inspected the six spas in Cebu City offering this service after he received complaints about lewd practices.

“I have already done inspections of some spas and they told me the lingam is just a 10-minute finale of the one-hour shiatsu massage that they give to their clients,” he said.

Some people who don't understand lingam think of it as prostitution. Heck, some of them don't even know the meaning of prostitution.

Prostitution - the act or practice of engaging in sexual intercourse for money.

Being a new massage, it will take some time before people understand lingam.
