San Marino ko kay si Marian ga-endorse.. ahahe.. joke lang
lami ang century...
yah i prefer the century tuan kay mao man ang nauna then murag dugay dugay napod sa market then murag dugmok ra kaayoa ng san marenotasted both, not much difference in taste. parehas ra. Although the notice-able difference is that with Century u can really see the tuna flakes.. with San Marino its a much more "grounded" look.
I prefere Century Corned Tunagood for my taste buds.
Depends ra man.. U have to see your "diet" as a whole.. not per meal ra. What matters is the total number of calories u need to take in the whole day. If u read the back label sa tuna.. it says.. umm.. as far as I can remember 80 calories per 30 grams. Tuna is advertised as a weight loss meal only because its high in lean protein hardly any fat (unless u buy the flavored ones, just read the labels u'll know what I mean)
But if u see how much the whole can weighs its I think about 180 grams. So if u eat the whole can thats more or less 180 calories. If u buy the tuna in water thats less the fat, less the salt from the seasonings. Plus its 80 calories per 100 grams. Tuna wont shed the fat. What matters is the total number of calories u take in the whole day. U just need to eat lesser calories to lose weight.. plain and simple
fave nako ang calamansi flavor sa century.. and the flakes & oil. pwedi ko kada-adlaw ani..
sa sub marino (este san marino), lami pod pero murag naanad paman gud akong dila sa century.. at least naa nay corned-beef style tuna - healthier kaysa beef gyud.
