CEBU BPO BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Tournament Date
June 15, 2009 – August 17, 2009

Format
Two divisions, Call- Center and I.T
Single robin format eliminations top four teams proceed to the semifinals. Top two seeds have twice to beat advantage. Division finalist meets in a best of three series. Call-Center Champion and I.T. Champion meet in a best of three series for the BPO Championship.

GENERAL FACT SHEET

Player Eligibility
Currently an employee of a participating company must be an employee of a league participating Cebu based BPO.
Must have passed an employee residency of at least ONE (1) month.
Ex- professional and varsity basketball players who have not been active in any commercial league, professional or school representation at least one (1) year before the 1st game of the tournament


PRACTICE PRIVILEGE
Participating companies’ employees may use the Sports Club’s facilities at discounted rates. This privilege is for individual use only and not applicable for sports fests and other tournaments. Reservation is required. Practice privilege is valid from March 30,2009 to October 30, 2009. Employees may also dine in all Food and Beverage outlets on the prescribed period. Bill must be settled in cash immediately after dining.

Badminton
Php 75.00 per hour (from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays)

Basketball Court
Php 400.00 per hour with lights and Php 150 per hour without lights

Billiards
Php 70.00 per hour per table
