i got my drivers license in 4 hours at LTO talisay. XD not including the time it took for the drug test and medical and the student permit...

NBI clearance ug postal ID mao ang pinaka paspas. mao sad na ako problem sauna. XD

LICENSE RENEWAL ---- Go to the Reg 7 LTO. If you are done with all the labs etc....it should just take you less than an hour from filing the form and results...to the actual getting of ur plastic. DO NOT go to SM. It will take you at least 2 days bwahahahahhaha
