if ever he submits his certififacte of candidancy, COMELEC will hear a trial regarding this issue... and the supreme court will participate also.

It's about time nga ang naay right to vote are kadto rang nag bayad ug income tax, unya naay BIR TIN ID, unya nagbayad ug tax for the past three years. Ang mga kandidato dapat taxpayer pud.
