ang kaning mga problema nga atong nasinati karon is "part lang na sa atong training" before ta mahimong economic power.

Di ba ang mga economic powers karon nag-agi man sad ug kalisud, di ba?

If you notice ,ang bird sanctuary sa olango island is a natural airport sa mga birds di ba?
So this means that cebu is a natural hub sa economy. if you go from japan to australia/singapore,asa ka agi? China to Hawii or US asa ta agi? Sulayi lang ug tan-aw ang mapa..Dako kaayo ni nga advantage bai..

And besides that we are english proficient, computer literate, high tech pa jud.
Ug nakahibalo ba mo nga ang ubang mga IT jobs,product designing jobs ug upan pang highly skilled jobs, gihinayhinay na ug outsource sa mga first world countries like Japan and US to the Philippines, especially in Cebu because we have these capability.

Ang ako sad na-obserbahan sa mga cebuano kay mga intelligent voters, so makapili jud ta ug maayo nga mga leaders. Kung di pa siguro sa Cebu, ambot kinsa kahay atong predidente karon.

So kung mgpadayon lang gyud ta I think posible gyod..

Ang ako lang gyud nga ikasaway sa kinaiya nato kay ang pagkahugawan.. Pataka ug labay ug sagbot, pataka ug pangluwa.. etc. unya ang gobyerno dayon ang basulon kung nganong hugaw ang syudad ug mobaha tungod kay barado ang drainage.

Kung kita dili lang ingon-ani, dako kaayo ta ug ma-save sa mga street cleaners. Siguro kani lang nga gamay kaayo nga butang atong praktison ug iperfect, in the future, mahimo tang advanced civilization ug kaya kaayo nato ang atong gusto.

Pero lisod kaayo ni i-implement, bisan ug sa SORT lang lisod na kaayo. So I think to graduate from a "semi-barbaric" nga kinaiya nato like (patakag labay ug basura) to a highly civilized society, we have to include this not only to our educational system but also to our political plolicies.

I Agree with Thadz, the hope is we do achieve it but we are far from it. I was driving around town the other day by reclamation area and saw a lot of kids on the streets begging for pinaskohan, I agree w some posts here instead of looking at em as problems we should find solutions. While I was thinking, it striked me that the government office across that intersection had a big sign DSWD, its ironic we dont have a clear cut solution on the problem inspite kids hogging the streets infront of a gov't office that deals directly with this sort of problem. The sad part is at one point I heard along the lines that we dont have a budget for this kind of problem hence it is depended on Charitable institutions to house orphans. And that is just one big problem we have, can u imagine being the most livable city by 2015? Its easier said than done - 2 cents

I will support this 100%. But the goverment must step-up its effort in the following:

1. Drugs, shabu is particular. No.1 culprit in my opinion.
2. Traffic
3. A greener Cebu
