10 k per month with free water no curfew with parking electricity is yours the house is in a compound, so you have neighbors around the place... see to appreciate!! you can talk to fred personally bec he knows more about the house... at least things are clearer if you discuss matters with him... the place is nice and comfy... 032 345 19 49... the bedroom looks small in the pic but when you see it its big... we also have a big foam inside the store room of the house to use in the bedroom.. the shower has heater...
