    Default Why don't you eat vegetables?


    Sa mga di mo-kaon ug veggies, post your reasons

    di jud ko mukaon ug sagbot sauna.. pero naka uyab manko ug kanding.. este vegetarian, so naghinay2x nako ug kaon ug veggies. di ko ganahan kay baho jud sya ug sagbot.. den lain kaau ug lami .. ingon sila kay wala daw gi anad sukad pagka bata ug kaon ug utan mao na sya.

    lahi pud akong experience

    panahon nga mag "ala vegetarian" ko for weeks or months kay humot na hinoun akong lawas pati akong utot

    kung mo kaun nakog balik ug karne kay ayha na mubalik ug baho akong utot

    Mo-kaon ra tawn mo veggies nig sakit na ninyo kay u'll need it. So better start early, prevention is better than a cure. I eat veggies but I just can't stomache ampalaya ug okra.

    OT : Imo gi simhot utot nimo ? Hehehe ...

    Anyways ... vegetables are good source of VITAMINS and MINERALS not found in meat so start eating your vegies . Ako dili ko mokaon ug CARROTS , CELERY and AMPALAYA . the rest mo kaon ko .
