allied bank, cash card
no maintaining balance.

try PNB.. no maintaining balance
Eon is not a good idea (even if there is no required maintaining balance), unless you are earning.
Why? Lugi man ka ug P350 every year for the annual fee. An interest rate of 0.25 or 0.5 percent applies when your balance is at least 10K. Tsk tsk tsk. Instead of earning interest on your savings, ikaw naman nuoy nagpagawas ug money.
Go nalang ka anang other banks suggested by the peeps here if your intention is just to open an ordinary ATM account with the lowest ADM balance as possible.
Try Chinabank. your 1000 pesos can already open an Passbook account with ATM and Check.

ang importante is to know stable ba ang bank na imo openan ug account,it does not matter if pila ang opening account basta stable ang bank, try bdo or bpi 500 ra sad ila need para open account, try lang didto, dala lang 2pcs 2x2 ug 1x1 id,ok.
FYI bro... Not all banks that requires ATM a maintaining bal. for 2k... BPI requires their clients who wants to open an atm account for 3k maintaining balance... But when u 1st open an acount, they only asked 500 pesos 4 initial deposit.. but then after 2 months, u should deposit 3k bec. if not, their procedure is they will deduct ur account at around 200 pesos per month. So never let that happen.. Pero BRO if u realy want a very afordable atm card... I know unsa na bank and its up to u if ul allow it... its BANCO DE ORO CASH CARD ATM... u only pay 120 pesos for ur atm card fee.. and if u wanted to personalize ur atm card like u want to put ur name on ur card, it will be released 2-3 weeks from the date of ur application. Same amount,Php 120.00... Take note that they dont have a maintaining balance for it (CASH CARD ONLY). And the amount of ur deposit should not less than 100 pesos... So affordable dba? I regret man gani kay i opened an atm savings card sa RCBC, only 100 ra nuon ang card fee pero every deposit will be charged by 20 pesos no matter how big or small... So alkanse au kay sayang au ang 20 gani... Maypa lagi ko nag BDO ko.. Lately raman gud ko nkaabalo ana.. Akong BF ako gi openan og BDO.. hapit na makuha ya cash caRd. so kana nlang bRO....![]()
This is only intended for OFW... U cannot open a personal savings account in PNB if ur not an OFW. SO, they only offer an ATM with interests but should have a maintaining balance of 5,000 peSos,, My gosh.. MAHAL... hehehhe! ill go with BPI nalang kay 3,000 ra... International pjud then stabled pajud kaayi ang BPI. But if savings lang w/ no maintaning balance... ill go with RCBC and BDO CASH CARD... but i prefer BDO much...![]()
I am using BPI, advantage ug naa ka business ug abroad kai ug naay mopay nimo anywhere sa pinas wala sila intrabranch fees...then mao pod gamit nako withdraw ngari US dako lang ila exhange rate like karon 46 ra kapin ila change rate kai almost 49 gyud...pero okay na oi kesa mag western union
