makapalit na gud ka ug laptop nga loaded na with core 2 duo proc, 3gb ram, 160gb hd, etc for just $549 after discount codes sa ilang online store.

they can't compete with the prices online because they are just authorized retailers and NOT a dell owned store. they still need to add some amount in order to earn and keep there business (example: payment for the rent, maintenance and salary for their attendants). region/country and tax per country will also matter.

i think joseph is not conneted with dell anymore.. transfer cya sa pc live... very good customer service.... i thnk as far as remember... torre yata ang family name....
regarding the warranty's keep updated ang customers which is very unusual now a days...

to my fellow istoryan,

since we are slightly inclined to computer hardwares thus our friends tend to asked assistance to what parts/model/brand to purchase. in my case, they asked me what my comment was for a certain dell lappy. it was a good choice of model considering what is readily available here in cebu. anyway, joseph of the dell store is the one who handled us and he is still very accommodating. and i said "still" because i had done business with him in the past. in addition to that he gave us a very good deal with the lappy, a nice discount was given that made everybody even happier.

so i highly recommend getting your dell from them. great product and best deals will be at hand.

so for those other istoryans here that purchased products from the dell store at SM, your comment is highly appreciated here. and for those that where not satisfied by their services maybe you could give out comment here since some of his staff are a member in this forum and will be able to read your feedback and will do better with their services in the days to come.

I've been there and nindot jud nang mga rep nga d mo judge by your looks or what you wear... and d sad magsunod² sa imo nga mura kag kawatan....I haven't bought any of their products yet tan-aw2 and ask² rako and yes maayo jud sila...ani unta tanan store reps oi, samok au ng reps nga sunod2 nya if pangutan-on d diay katubag tarong =.= epic fail ...anyways up for this para makita sa tanan

adto ko sa Dell store one time and nag-run ko diagnostics sa xps lappy but nalipat ko nga naa na prompt sa screen. since wa ko karespond sa prompt nag-error waiting for keyboard response ang lappy.. since saba au ang beep codes nagpanic ang mga reps.. ila gibuhat kay gipawng deretso ang lappy.. wahehe

at least unta hatagan sila training sa management RE basic functions/operation sa mga laptops para kabalo sila unsaon pagstop sa error or whatever and to answer more technical queries from some customers should the need arise.
