    Default century/san marino corned tuna

    kinsay nakatilaw na ani? lami ang century corned tuna (both regular ug spicy). healthy pa gyud. i eat this everyday. (for weight loss, hehehe)
    wala pa ko katilaw sa san marino. any feedback?

    tasted both, not much difference in taste. parehas ra. Although the notice-able difference is that with Century u can really see the tuna flakes.. with San Marino its a much more "grounded" look. Pero ok ra man they taste the same.. If u want to do Tuna for weight loss go with Century Tuna (canned in water).. Alot less calories than flavored ones, plus u can eat more of it for lesser calories... Although u have to get used to the bland taste..

    I prefer Century kay sa San Marino....groundy kaayo ang san mario and it taste dry.

    dry btaw ang san marino pero lami.... kumbaga dasok sa unod.. kay walay sabaw..

    Ang unod man gud sa San Marino mo absorb man ang iyang sabaw..that's why it taste dry..

    is it safe to eat century tuna for those who are on diet?
