Chicago - a sure winner in preparedness and technical aspect during the selection process but History speaks! The States hosted The Olympiad 4 times and the latest was 1996 in Atlanta.
Tokyo - IMO if China was not the host of the 2008 Olympiad, Tokyo should have won! Japan hosted the Olympiad way back 1964.
Madrid- The Europian Ticket for the final round of the selection but recall that Spain hosted the Olympiad in 1992. Another disadvantage is that a Europian City (London) will host the much awaited Olympiad edition of 2012.
Rio - Brazil never hosted the games nor South America. Clear Winner!!!
@though I really like Tokyo to win but still the biggest hope is that; WHEN WILL THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES WIN ITS 1ST EVER GOLD MEDAL IN THE OLYMPIAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
