Naa naba nka suggest like butangan og filter ang sa Buy n Sell section? like i just want to show all mark as "For Sale" or either way. See image below

I think this can be done using the Display Options of B&S Section found at the bottom part of the page left side of user display.

1. Strict compliance with forum rules.
This does not only apply to forum members. Even the moderators are being too kind at times, with all due respect. Look around, especially at the S&O forum. Many members have violated forum rules already, launching personal attacks. But yet no action has been taken. Yes you might pity them, but rules are rules. Teach those people a lesson. One word is enough for a wise man.

2. No more text speaking.
(i.e., "hehe, la au q sabot sa imung gstoryah")

3. Posts must be required to have sense in them.
This is one thing to be noted as it is commonly happenning to all, or almost all threads. Here's a serious thread, and in comes a member merely posting "payter wui!", "hehehe saonz", "", and the like... Like, seriously? Most people here just post for the sake of bringing their post counts up or whatever their reason is, without even bothering to contribute thoughts into the topic.

4. No more senseless "debates".
What's commonly noticeable here is that that people violently react right away to an opinion, and hence a heated debate resulting to personal attacks happen. Take the S&O forum for example. Remember, what's being talked about here is senseless "debates", not debates in general.

5. No more thread-crapping.
