Baking soda + iodized salt = 50/50 mix...

hydrogen peroxide (Agua oxenaga) mouthwash

HOW TO?

put toothpaste on your toothbrush, dab the brush with toothpaste on the salt & baking soda mixture then brush and gargle with Agua.

OR

you can brush first with toothpaste
then brush again using baking soda and salt then agua mouthwash... really does work!!!

But case to case basis sa ka grabeh sa stain and sa ka grabeh sad nimo drink coffee or smoke or whatever is causing your tooth discoloration.

As for tooth discoloration caused by intrinsic factors(tetracycline stain)...thats another thing napod na dili ma solutionan sa baking soda, salt & agua! Sori nalang gyud!!

hinay sa pag whitening.. coz i know someone nagpa whitening siya, na sobraan ka white XD other dentists would say nga dili daw normal ang color wahaha.
