where in Debug means... testing a certain program to find MISTAKES/ERRORs and eliminating them.....Â* :mrgreen:

i think he is not talking about the debug of programs but a the debug routine used to erase all partition information on the HDD and also used when fdisk can't delete the partition information

thanks for explaining it bro! basically only a few peeps are using the debug command to wipe out the HDD, this is good for windows crashes or spyware/virus attacks!

why do you have to use 3rd party software or research how to use debug to do those things? when the topic poster doesnt even know how to "format" his hard disk or install a fresh copy of his OS in the first place...

speaking of formatting, ive noticed that the usual format command always tries to recover a bad sector which as already been marked as an unrecoverable, any software that makes sure nga dli na mag kalas ug oras ang HD trying to recover that damned sector every reformat ?
