he he he bro there are some who are very much capable of paying it but we have to consider unforseeable crisis we may encounter like unemployment, illness, accidents ug uban pa mao nga maabot ang time nga maapikhan nya maglisod na ug bangon sa kalisod naa man tuod resources but igo lang sa gastos sa balay and we have to prioritize man jud our daily needs so chances na dili mabayaran ang bills except of course sa electricity ug water pero nuon naa sad uban very irresponsible...
