with your subscription you should be getting around 42KB/s download and an upload of 15KB/s.

bro i have the same problem. how do you configure your firewall so it won't block necessary ports?

@cHoLoCoY instead of a validation link I have a test ID that still works the same way.. we do have the same connection as well as download speeds maybe it's just the time of day when we tested that made a little difference or something.. I'm not sure..
