kung maapiktohan na jud imo trabaho tungud niya and worst maapiktohan imong pagkatawo then quit. theres no such thing as no chioce in this aspect, you always have a choice, you have a choice to confront, to talk to him in a professional way to patch up things (basin mahimo panimo bestfren), or you have the choice knock him off "ju jitsu style" (ayaw lang kay bad na) or you have the choice to quit that job (unsa pa imong dugayan), you have series of choices and still its up to you.
