naay nindot nga resort sa Minglanilla pud, Cebu Resorts / Hotels / House /Rooms/ Tourist spot / Hostel / Inn/ Pension House , naa pus sila bago rolling ball adventure.... a new sport called sphering YouTube - Cebu Theme Parks Rides Philippines, Rolling Ball Sphering lingaw kaayo naa pud sa youtube
Very good idea. Cebu is becoming more popular with tourists, but there is currently very little for them to do outside of the resorts. I went to a huge waterworld complex in Australia and it was extremely busy!
Oh, I forgot to mention..... it was a lot of fun!

Putting up a theme park in Cebu is quite difficult. First, the power supply of the province hardly meets demand and rolling brownouts continue. Any theme park eats up a lot of electricity. Second, theme park entry fees of P300 and above easily scare off locals (I know some people who want world class rides but are not so willing to pay the price for them). Third, there should be a specific high number of people who are likely to go to the theme park on each day it operates - this is to ensure that the theme park business can be sustained. Profitability is a must.
Can a theme park here in Cebu survive with an attendance of only 500 per day? Absolutely not.
Build it and they will come.
Chicken & egg scenario I guess, but Cebu is strategically placed. People use our airport, we just gotta give them a reason to stay!
i build nya dili lang kalimtan..uso baya sad sa cebu ang deploy and forget..igkahuman ug buhat aws wa na dayun atiman..patay lang gehapon ang turismo...
Ask your friends or neighbors if they are willing to shell out P300 or more to enter a theme park.
I like the idea of a water park pero for me the SRP isn't a suitable location. It might be a waste of prime real estate better utilized for developments like malls, condos etc.
Water parks also eat up a lot of space... di man in-ana ka dako ang space sa SRP. And it's all flat land. Nindot if naay elevation changes ang park.
Maybe we can have something like a Zoo / Water Park / Theme park. The project needs to be big and ambitious enough to draw local and foreign visitors. It must also be affordable enough for most Filipinos to enjoy. Maybe naay discounts for locals.
