drinking TOO MUCH liquid and OR EATING TOO much at one time, bloats your tummy...while, if you spread them into multiple(6-8, equal if possible) meals a day, even how high ang total calories, mo increase nalang imo'ng bodyfat but not bloat your tummy...

bottom line: cold water dosen't make you fat at all, in fact it's the opposite it help reduce as explained in the first page by purple_rain (reply #13)

OT:i jsut found out drinking in water during work out dosen't count in the "8 glasses a day"
