Pwede pd proactive mode; ask yourself the following questions:
1. Does everybody in the office hate him/her; or it's just me?
2. Why do I hate this person?
3. What's making me hate this person?
4. Is there "at least" something good in this person?
5. Can I forgive and forget? (if there were offenses)
6. What if I befriend him/her?
