Not a good upgrade though if you came from an HD4770/GTS 250. Honestly I was expecting it will perform close to an HD 4890. Price is about 8.8k sa tpc. Whereas the cheapest GTX 260 is at 8k. Main advantage lang sa HD 5770 kay dx11 which will have its debut on games next year or atthe last quarter this year. Pero I doubt game developers will adapt to it immediately. Also, ATI's Eyefinity and low power consumption is a plus. I wonder what ATI is planning, to fill in the huge gap between the HD 5770 and the HD 5850. It may be too early to judge sa performance aning dx11 cards particularly the HD 5770. When a dx11 game comes out, I am eager to see how true is the hype about dx11 being more optimized than dx10. If is indeed faster than these dx11 cards is a good investment.
