I say meditation can help a lot.
try meditating at least 3 hrs a day, feeling all the goodness, then when you feel happy and ganahan kaayo ka mo smile and you don't know what is the reason, that's pure bliss, your inner and true self found peace!
knowing your priorities... when all of these are in place, youd feel relaxed...
simple. you just have to let go and release.
