mark: yeah, this is a better title for this thread.. i think your diet lacked protein, and maybe wala ka nag take ug VitE...

sir, what i've done lately... i've lost 40lbs of fatty weight for only 3 months (jan. to mar.), compared to your 80lbs in 2 years... no saggy skin or whatever, put on a bit of muscle too.... my diet is 40% protein, everyday... even on carb loading days... i'm still going to lose more to get ripped, at least 5lbs i think... build more lang in the meantime... do it for at least 1-2 years... post updates here! good luck!

    yeah better title.
diba fish protein man? i eat a lot of fish. pork and chicken and beef dont taste as good. already trained myself to eat fish and veggies that now it just comes naturally when picking food.
i just started taking vit. e for a few weeks because it had to be taken together with something. hitting 2 birds with 1 stone there. i hope.
40lbs in 3 months thats really good. congards. i think the reason why you dont have saggy skin is that. you probably didnt have all that fat all your life. or for a long period of time. ΓΌ

thanks sir mark... and you are right with that... i had my skin controlled a bit...

i was an obese (not really big though, but born to fat - endomorph)... i reached 190lbs+ (sept-nov of 2005) with a height of 5'5".. but, a lot of times in my life my weight went up and down... reasons of weight drops, hospitalized, CAT training (3 years) and diet late 2004... the whole year of 2005, was a food party... i eat a lot, a lot of times in day, cravings etc... but i never drink... maybe total of 10-12 bottles of beer, in my whole life... i really hate alcohol by the way...

ah ok so you have been struggling with weight for a long time. i see that you have probably reached your goal and the only problem is maintenance. one quote that holds true is that "motivation gets you started and habit is what keeps you going" read this on a wall in fitness first. and on the membership card which i noticed after six months of being a member. hehe

i wasnt struggling with weight actually... my weight keeps going up coz i love to eat... and now, i eat to lose and i eat to gain... eating is my hobby...

for this summer, i havent reached my goal yet (going down to 6-7% bf, from around 10% right now)... but i'm close, a few more weeks left... i actually measure my diet time by weeks... coz if months, its going to be so short...ex. 3-4months... but instead, 12-16 weeks... i lose pounds every week...

if we talk about goals... i set goals one at a time... basically, i wanna get heavy as much as possible... as of this year or next year... i only diet (get ripped) for summer(beach and photoshoot)... so, basically maintaining fat % wont be my priority after summer...

in short, this is my hobby... i'm having fun playing around with this sport...

    Thanks mark!
Actually, there are a lot of people who can do better. Pro's can rip off 40lbs in just 4-6 weeks...

Here's a tip... the more muscle mass you have the better and easier for you diet and get ripped... More muscle to build and maintain the more calories you burn everyday and everynight!
