anyway, as far as the topic is concerned, ATI is attacking Nvidia on all fronts. i'm an nvidia fan but i have to admit, ATI graphics cards are the way to go right now (eyeing 5770

), hopefully, ATI invests in software development just like how nvidia do it. i remember a comment from an intel engineer somewhere around the forums in the net, "bleeding edge technology is nothing without good software". the same reason why software/driver developers outnumber engineers in intel.
