I agree, there is no ritual naman talaga
But it helps to meditate as a group
especially when one is just starting to practice it.
Sa umpisa, we are just told to find the most comfortable "sitting" position from the med poses
Then pay attention to our breathing for some minutes, with eyes half-closed
Un lang talaga ang umpisa...
Then eventually , as the meditation times got longer, we were taught different things
Like yung Zen walks..as intervals to meditation...etc
hanggang sa may prayer na sa umpisa and huli...
And eventually...a lot more amazing things...
