in the philippines, the distinction(s) between the two are not clearly defined. makita na xa inig panrabaho na. most of the time, pareha lng ug job opportunities. so with that in mind, go for IT na lng, relatively easy pa.
but if you really are after excellence and the name, and if we should stick to the definition, then CS is the way to go. its in the name, COMPUTER SCIENCE.

CS..or better yet, BS Math. hehe. IT is soft (IMO lang ha). Pero whatever floats your boat. Kung di kaayo ka maayo ug math, IT nalang. hehe.

You'll never go wrong with either of those. mas hardcore ang CS and mas daghan math. depende ra ghapon sa student. daghan IT mas maau sa uban CS.

kng job oportunities lng kay pariho ra jud... kng ang company mangita ug corso bahin comp IT, CS, CompE juy pangitaon...
pero kng sa studies...
mas lisod ang CS cmpre kay naay thesis, ang IT wala...
pero kng sa programing lng, pariho ra man guro... theory2 man gud ng CS..

Pag CM nalang, dali ra kaayo ka mo gradauate..try lang pangutana sa DMDP if nag offer pa cla ani nga course! skwela ka sa buntag, graduate dayon ka sa hapon..CANDLE MAKING pag dali aron maka kwarta ka, hapit na raba kalag2..hahaha
