Power supply is one of the most important things you need to get, and people might deny but getting a good case would help, especially giving lots of airflow and looks to your hardware

I suggest getting an Athlon Setup, its very cheap compared to Intel setup's

I think everything begins with a good board, latest chipset. This is the base system. Components go to it.

Then a proper PSU. Not just the one that came with the case. One of the most neglected, but important aspects in building a reliable PC.
