depende sa mga C.I. i knowsome school nga ilang C.I. mga fresh graduates pa.. i think di ni maayo.. mas maayo pa nga ilang mga C.I. kay naka finish og masteral before mag C.I.

mas ganahan ko sa mga senior CI kaysa mga bag.o na CI.. cause they know more than mga beginers... but almost all of the nursing schools have the new CI na wla na ang mga senior CI...

partly true...as person, i always believe on the rule of reinforcements (in context to its psychological aspect of its effect). a positive reinforcement draws a good response than the negative ones!

yet, there are a lot of ways u can implement discipline in a mature manner and have good results at the same time.
