i believe amazon does not ship to the philippines... i don't know about the other one...

yes it's safe as long as you know the seller very well....most of my buys are from multiply and ebay and i even find it very easy but i rarely buy clothes especially dress cost am not sure if it fits me well

i used to sell sa ebay and still in multiply..medyo naay mga bogus na buyers so try ko diri sa istorya if okay ba ang market at least Cebu lang..if mangilad akong i post diri...
