kabalo ka ang usa ka major cause sa UTI is frequent contact ( I think you know what I mean ) unya naa pa byay laing causes ani. The best medicine you can take is an Antibiotic name Lexinor medyo mahal lang it costs 80+ pero grabe ka effective within an hour mawala na imong discomforts sa UTI but you have to take the medicine at least 3-7 days twice a day after meals otherwise magsakit imong tiyan if wala sulod imong tiyan. Thats all for now. And best advise would be is to stay clean. Be responsible enough in your hygiene.

Before taking any medications, make sure that you've consulted ur doctor first. Urinalysis should be done para makita if naa jud infection.

Causes of UTI:
1. sexual intercourse/abnormal sexual practices (kbaw na mo ana)
2. poor hygiene
3. mag pugong2 ug ihi

symptoms include frequency and urgency (sa pag pangihi), sharp pain or burning sensation nig pangihi. and usually ang ihi kai cloudy.
pregnant women and diabetics are also prone to UTI.

if u suspect na naa ka UTI, go to the doctor, then paadtoon dayon ka lab for Urinalysis to check on the number of pus cells/protein/bacteria on ur urine sample.

ayaw pud mo pa rule out na most cases sa UTI kay sexual intercourse. dagahan pud baya ni sya causes, genes, diet, hygine then sexual intercourse.

mostly girls ang kasagaran affected sa UTI, samot na frequent use ug panty liners and kato di mag ilis ug panty even wet na.

tambal ani kay Metronidazole mao ng generic sa med.

drink raspberry juice for UTI. that's what my prof told me. because of its acidity, it helps on killing certain bacteria on ur urinary tract.
